Bushuev Alexey - has three university degrees (in History, Law, Management), MBA of The Open School of Business of the Open University of Great Britain; for two years he occupied the post of the manager of the analytical department of the Information-Analytical Department of the Yaroslavl Region Administration and for three years he was Chief of the Yaroslavl Region Governor’s Analytic Center.

Golubev Eugeniy has a scientific degree in History (candidate of science in History) and a certificate in marketing of the Open School of Business of the Open University of Great Britain; for three years he occupied the post of the manager of the Social-Political Research department of the Yaroslavl Region Governor’s Analytic Center. Mr. Golubev has a number of scientific and other publications on the problems of social-political development of modern Russia.

Maksimov Dmitry has a university degree in History of the Yaroslavl State University and a professional certificate in management (Cert Mgmt) of the Open School of Business of the Open University of Great Britain; for three years he occupied the post of the manager of the Economic Research department of Yaroslavl Region Governor’s Analytic Center.

Pilatov Vladimir has two university degrees (in History and Psychology), during five years of state employment he worked as a manager of the department of the Yaroslavl Region Administration and as manager of the Information Systems department of the Yaroslavl Region Governor’s Analytic Center.

Ponomarenko Dmitry has a university degree in Physics of the Yaroslavl State University, took up a course of post graduate studies in the Russian Academy of Science, for one year was employed as deputy manager of the Information System department of the Yaroslavl Region Governor’s Analytic Center, has a number of publications on problems of mathematics processing of data (including publications in international magazines), was invited to participate in the program of data analysis of «Russia monitoring of economic situation and public health».

Ponomarev Dmitry has a university degree in History of the Yaroslavl State University; and a professional diploma in management (Dip Mgmt) of the Open School of Business of the Open University of Great Britain, for two years was deputy manager of the analytical department of the Information-Analytical Department of the Yaroslavl Region Administration and for three years he was deputy chief of the Yaroslavl Region Governor’s Analytic Center.

Skorokhodov Ilya has two university degrees (in History and State and Municipal Administration), for three years he occupied the post of the manager of the Law Research department of the Yaroslavl Region Governor’s Analytic Center.
